ACCOMMODATION
As you reach village Pangot, you are guided to Jungle Lore Birding Lodge by the local people. A 5-minute walk down to the lodge rewards you with common stonechat, dark-throated thrush, slaty-headed parakeet, streaked-laughing thrush, red-billed blue magpie, yellow-breasted green finch, russet sparrow etc.

The lodge has 4 cottages with attached toilets with running hot & cold water. One of the four cottages is a living room that serves the purpose of a dining hall. The other three cottages are independent bedrooms with twin beds, two of them having an attic each that can accommodate two additional persons in each attic.

The main cottage and one other cottage have fireplaces. Heaters are provided in each cottage in winter. You have the options of large tent for people who enjoy camping with independent toilet and bathroom.

The small cottage has an attached toilet and a hot shower. The size of the small cottage is 12’x12’. The extra bed will be on the floor or a folding bed.

The std. cottage has an attached toilet and a hot shower. The size of the cottage is 13’x13’. The extra beds will be in the attic that has access from the room itself.

The large cottage has an attached toilet and a hot shower. The extra beds will be in the attic that has access from the room itself. This cottage also has a fireplace.

The Swiss tent has an independent toilet and a hot shower. The tent can accommodate two persons on camp cots. The size of each tent is 16’x10’
